If you've just joined The Staff Canteen, here's some chefs that you should be following this month:
The most popular recipe this month was "Poor Man's Goose" - Tom Brown's main course from this year's Great British Menu Banquet. Inspired by a recipe from the NHS archives, Tom's winning dish was a whole roasted duck with potato croquette and a duck sausage.
There's some delicious produce at it's peak in October, including mussels, celeriac, duck and pumpkin. Make sure you upload your seasonal recipes and images to the Chef+ app, and we'll share the best ones on our social media channels.
Our Chef Plus Member of the Month for September is Ramon Tomasini. Ramon is the executive chef at the F&D Kitchen and Bar in Lake Mary, Florida. He cooks American food using the freshest produce and taking inspiration from his Puerto Rican heritage.
