The Pony and Trap announces crowd funder to reopen as Poney Chew Valley
The Pony and Trap announces a crowd funder to help complete their reopening as Poney Chew Valley in the autumn
In an Instagram post, uploaded yesterday, the restaurant announced that they were planning on reopening as the reimagined Pony Chew Valley in Autumn and, to complete this vision of reopening, they would be starting a crowdfund in two weeks.
Along with that, the post explained more about what the Pony Chew Valley would be calling it a reimagined produce-led restaurant, event venue, cookery school and kitchen garden."
Along with the announcement, the post discussed the complete physical transformation that has already happened, describing what's left as "the final stretch before [they] reopen with a brand new vision for [their] original space."
The post also explained what the team were hoping for with the new development, saying, "We are looking to create food experiences that bring people together in a space to inspire joy, family connection and collaboration."
As an incentive, the post also explained how those who support the crowd funder will receive special perks including exclusive access to book at the new restaurant as well as special event bookings; invitation to the opening garden party; and finally first access to host private events at the venue. As well as teasing other awards to be revealed later.
Stay posted as further information is set to come as the opening gets closer.
