Owen Kenworthy joins D&D London at Blueprint Café

Owen Kenworthy, who was previously head chef of Brawn for five years, has adapted the menus to showcase the quality of the ingredients and use them in such a way as to match the elegance of the venue. blueprint 2Serving modern European cuisine, Owen has designed the menu using seasonal ingredients that are prepared simply and executed skillfully to produce clean, fresh flavours. Highlights from Owen’s new menu include blackened mackerel with warm potato and shallot salad, Poached halibut with lobster bisque, samphire, Dorset clams and saffron potatoes, and Braised beef in red
wine, dauphinoise potato and glazed carrot. Desserts include Panna cotta with griottines, and poached pear en croute with Marsala custard. Nestled on the first floor of the Design Museum, Blueprint Café has magnificent views from Canary Wharf to the East through Tower Bridge and the City to the West. With floor-to-ceiling windows and neutral wooden floors, Blueprint Café is the perfect setting to experience Owen’s simple yet innovative cooking, in the company of knowledgeable and friendly staff.
