"Open the Doors to Mugaritz" and win lunch with the new 2015 menu

Mugaritz in San Sebastian, Northern Spain are celebrating the launch of their new menu by running a competition that will enable 5 lucky winners and their guests the opportunity to be the first to try the menu. Open to applications from anywhere in the world, the competition will culminate in an all-inclusive lunch (approx. 20-courses), that will take place on the 14th of April 2015 - the day before the official reopening of the restaurant.Andoni On the 15th of April, Mugaritz will reopen its doors after devoting four months to the development of its new menu. During this time, the team has worked intensively behind closed doors, building on their previous research and developing new techniques, with the aim of achieving new sensations and flavours. Considered one of the most innovative chefs of our times, chef Andoni Luis Aduriz works closely with scientists, anthropologists, musicians, artists and many other experts in various fields. These collaborations culminated, this year, in an incredible creative process resulting in a collection of 60 eloquent dishes. “Open the Doors to Mugaritz” will give the winners the exclusive opportunity to experience the menu and spend a special day with the Mugaritz team before the official reopening of the restaurant. Registration for the prize draw opens today on the Mugaritz website under the “You Open The Doors of Mugaritz” section.
