Ben Spungin, Sierra Mar Restaurant Big Sur, California, USA; Justin Cogley, Aubergine Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, USA; and Tony Baker, Baker's Bacon Montrio Bistro Monterey, California, USA were the next chefs to takeover Nigel's kitchen for California Boys night.
