Guest chefs takeover Lime Wood’s first cookery school

HH&Co Backstage is Lime Wood’s first state of the art cookery school. Offering a unique, fun and informal way of learning how to cook delicious food, the brand new, purpose-built cookery school will be led by esteemed chefs Angela Hartnett, Luke Holder and Iain Longhorn. The series of courses each present a fresh, confident approach to cooking and eating. limeStarting this month a series of guest chefs will takeover HH&Co Backstage to shed a little light on life in their kitchens! Spend a day in the kitchen with them and cook up some of their renowned dishes. Then sit back and let them do the cooking with their very own Pop Up restaurant. The HH&Co Backstage Pop Ups will take place in The Scullery from 7pm on the below dates, with each chef hosting their evening. Wednesday 23 September - Jeremy Lee, Quo Vadis Thursday 15 October - Mitch Tonks & Mat Prowse, The Seahorse Friday 16 October - Mitch Tonks & Mat Prowse, The Seahorse Wednesday 11 November – Sabrina Ghayour Thursday 12 November- Gizzi Erskine Friday 13 November - Gizzi Erskine Saturday 14 November - Sabrina Ghayourlime 2 Open to all cooking levels, from beginners to culinary maestros, HH&Co BACKSTAGE aims to improve your culinary skills whilst giving you bags of inspiration to go home and bring your newfound skills to the table (quite literally). There are seven styles of cooking to choose from, each with its own specific courses. The backstage experience will show you all the tricks of the trade, and the secrets to Angela and Luke’s signature styles.
