Great British Menu 2020 chefs: Gordon Jones, Scotland heat
Gordon Jones is the chef-owner of Menu Gordon Jones in Bath
Gordon is back on Great British Menu this year after coming second in the regional finals last year.
Born in Birmingham, Gordon moved to Buckie in Scotland aged seven and started his culinary journey at an Indian restaurant aged fourteen.
He previously trained under renowned chefs Martin Wishart and Martin Blunos.
Gordon is so passionate about trying new flavour combinations and creating new dishes that his restaurant, Menu Gordon Jones, changes its menu every week, only serving a surprise tasting menu - which has been known to feature some incongruous dishes.
