e-chef is the result of the extensive feedback gathered from Electrolux Professional’s worldwide
network of executive chefs, the unique in-house Electrolux Chef Academy. Combining international culinary experience with the most advanced know-how in the kitchen, the Electrolux Chef Academy has tested and trusted e-chef, first-hand.
e-chef invites chefs to use the brand new category section as a personal recipe book, allowing them to group recipes by type: cuisine, diets, ingredients, temperatures, meal menu, and seasons. Whether an American T-bone steak or a selection of Indian cuisine, e-chef helps recipes to be programmed and selected, while allowing each chef to create and personalize the category section. For maximum performance, a simple USB key allows a collection of recipes from all over the world in 30 different languages to be saved and transferred to other ovens; guaranteeing customer satisfaction worldwide.

Humidity Control, its patented lambda sensor, and a six sensor probe.
