The kitchen is led by head chef Stuart Andrew and sous chef, Charley Wyndham who both oversee a dynamic brigade of cooks.

Stuart said: "The team are very excited to have been awarded a Michelin star. It’s testament to all their hard work.

"As per the Michelin guide there are 5 criteria, quality of ingredients, harmony of flavours, mastery of techniques and personality of the chef expressed through the cuisine and just as importantly consistency across the menu and over time.

"Having lived and worked in Paris in my early thirties I wanted to create a restaurant informed by my time there. It’s a neoclassical homage to the bistro deluxe through an Englishman’s gaze.

"I hope the restaurant will evolve naturally as we build on and refine our identity over time.

"Charley and I are aligned on the standards and sensibilities of the restaurant. We endeavour to communicate these expectations clearly to our team so that we create a collective sense of purpose and responsibility."

The restaurant can be found on 64 Goodge Street, W1T 4NF.
