Yu & You celebrates 10th anniversary in style

Yu & You, the award-winning Chinese restaurant is set to celebrate their tenth anniversary with a banquet charity dinner to be held on Friday 19^th September.

Located in the heart of the Ribble Valley, the family-run restaurant provides modern Chinese cuisine with a traditional but contemporary twist. The Yu family’s style of cooking has seen the restaurant achieve numerous accolades, including the prestigious Legacy of Taste Pagoda award, Best UK Chinese restaurant, as chosen by Gordon Ramsay, and MSN UK Food’s Best UK Chinese restaurant, to name but a few.

The 10^th anniversary event will raise vital funds for two charities close to the Yu’s hearts; Derian House Children’s Hospice in Bolton and Help the Heroes, with 100% of the £60 ticket price to be split between these charities.

The night will offer guests a four course banquet. Starting at 7.30pm, the meal will include a glass of champagne on arrival, with music and the cocktail bar set to stay open until the early hours. The menu includes; Stir Fry Diced Lobster with Xo chilli shittake mushrooms and spring onion, Roast Goosenargh Duck Cantonese served with plum jam and hoi sin and pancakes, Wok Seared U.S. Grain Fed Rib Eye Beef with honey satay, Steamed Fillet Seabass with ginger and spring onion and finally, Crispy Chicken Chilli.
