For his latest cookbook, Nathan wants to dispel the myth that seafood is tricky to deal with. Each of the 100 recipes has been meticulously selected and tested by Nathan himself so they can all be cooked from the comfort of the reader's own home. From lobster risotto balls to baked oysters and turbot fillets, Nathan has made sure that all of the ingredients featured can be easily bought and that all the fish and shellfish was sustainable at time of writing.

The collection includes a multitude of easy-to-prepare recipes inspired by the sea and from Nathan's love of seafood that cater to a wide selection of occasions, from small bites and nibbles for family gatherings to grilled and baked dishes for summer barbecues and large parties. There is even a dessert section which includes recipes for lemon curd pavlova and treacle and raspberry tart.

The cookbook also provides useful sections on how to buy and store seafood, advice on fish prep tools and equipment, and even a section on how to plan your own fish menu.

Nathan Outlaw says that the dishes in Everyday Seafood have the kitchen teams in his restaurants excited: “The team and I at Outlaw’s At The Capital are looking forward to sharing them with those who love cooking with fish as much as we do!’’

Outlaw’s at The Capital, which opened in October 2012, is Nathan Outlaw’s only restaurant outside Cornwall,  and  was  awarded  its  first  Michelin  star  in  2013. Menus at Outlaw’s offer an ever-changing  selection  of  creative dishes,  and  the  restaurant  is known in  particular for  its  seasonal seafood from Cornwall and the West Country.
