Win a signed copy of Beyond Essence by David Everitt-Matthias

We are giving you the chance to win a signed copy of Beyond Essence by David Everitt-Matthias and all you have to do is create a dish using the ingredient that our guest blogger Mecca Ibrahim features in her post. Yes, that’s right it’s cauliflower and as Mecca says herself “mention cauliflower as an ingredient to most people and don’t be surprised to be greeted by a yawn”, but we’re asking you to get creative and post your cauliflower dishes on your member wall and email us back the link. You can upload as many dishes to your wall as you would like just make sure it contains cauliflower and that you are a member of The Staff Canteen. The competition will close at 11.59pm (UK time) on Tuesday 22^nd April with the winner being contacted by Friday 25^th April.   To enter we need you to email news@thestaffcanteen.com with the URL to your photo along with your name and address. You have from Thursday 10^th April until the deadline date on the 22^nd to post your photos. Photos must be on your member's wall and not on social media. We will share the winning photo on our social media channels and link back to your profile meaning exposure for you and your creations. Happy creating!
