He has previously worked numerous positions across Britain, Portugal and Austria, including time at London restaurant's Petrus, and Ormer, Mayfair.

“My food comes from classic French, Mediterranean influence and African heritage.”

How did you become a chef?

How did you get into cooking and what do you and love about it? “At the start, I just took a job cooking, but actually fell in love with the creative process, the versatility of ingredients, the balance of flavours and the beauty of cooking with love.”

What has been the highlight of your career to date?

What has been the highlight of your career to date? “There is no one specific here more a culmination of things that I am incredibly proud of. I moved countries in pursuit of my food dream, and the fact that I’m living it every day is a great achievement.”

Why did you want to take part in MasterChef: The Professionals?
