Sagar is from Bulandshahr (near to New Delhi) India and lives in Johnstone (outskirts of Glasgow) Scotland.

Do you have a favourite type of cuisine?
He likes to recreate dishes but his favourite cuisine is Indian cuisine.
How did you become a chef?
Sagar became a chef by attending cooking school.

Who are your mentors/role models/people you look up to?
Sagar's role models are his mum and dad, with his dad being a chef and his mum being an amazing home cook.
What is your guilty pleasure dish?
Dish called “Chole Bhature” it’s an Indian street food dish.
What is the best thing / worst thing about being a chef?
Best thing is you get to cook whatever you like and create your own dishes. Worst thing is the long hours and hardly see your family.
