We are bringing The Staff Canteen Live 2017 to IFE - more chefs announced!
It’s another first for The Staff Canteen Live 2017, as we head to the International Food and Drink Event (IFE) at ExCeL London from March 19 – 22, 2017 which is in association with Westlands.
As usual we will be bringing some of the best chefs in the UK with us and they will be live on stage over the four days demonstrating amazing dishes from their menus, answering questions and hopefully dishing out some food samples!

We are excited to announce our chef line-up which will include Kim Woodward, Skylon; Richard Davies, Epicure at the Celtic Manor Resort; Andrew Wong, A.Wong Restaurant; Lee Westcott, Typing Room; Russell Bateman, Colette's; James Golding, The Pig Hotel; Tom Brown, Nathan Outlaw at The Capital; Mark Poynton, Alimentum; Nathan Eades; Simpsons Restaurant; Luke Holder, Limewood; Alex Craciun, Sosharu; Matt Worswick, The Latymer; Paul Ainsworth, Paul Ainsworth at No 6; Anna Haugh, Bob Bob Ricard and Robert Ortiz, Lima. But we are going to keep you waiting a bit longer before we tell you who else is taking to our stage!
On why he supports The Staff Canteen and live shows, Michelin-starred chef Paul Ainsworth said: “I think what you do for the industry is phenomenal. It’s almost like a ritual with my guys, at the end of service all of my guys will literally be on their laptops chilling down watching one of your videos where you have been out to Maaemo or Aqua in Germany.

The Staff Canteen Live at IFE will be held in conjunction with speciality produce supplier, Westlands who will be headlining the event. Essential Cuisine, sponsors of our app Chef+, will also be sponsoring the live event. Regular demos will be running every day of the four-day show with a changing line-up of chefs providing visitors with interactive demonstrations, recipe guidance and cooking tips.
