This month The Staff Canteen has two copies of "Quay" by award winning, chef Peter Gilmore up for grabs
Voted 26 in the 2011 S.Pellegrino Worlds 50 best restaurants awards and Australian Restaurant of the year 2011. Quay is holder of three hats in the Australian guide accreditation rating, it has held three hats for nine consecutive years. Quay, the book, is a reflection on Peter Gilmore's cooking style - cooking with and in harmony with nature. The book is packed with amazing images and recipes, reflecting dishes from the award wining restaurant.
