The Universal Cookery & Food Festival is an annual event, often referred to as the "Glastonbury for chefs." This year, it will be hosted at Loddington Farm, a fifth-generation apple and pear farm nestled in the heart of the Kent countryside, each year the location is selected for its unique and food-centric character and 2024 is no exception!

Beyond the TSC Live cooking stage, the festival boasts a comprehensive programme, including harvest walks, foraging sessions, live debates and discussions. Attendees will also enjoy networking opportunities, a farmers' market, and a day-long feast starting at 8am with breakfast and culminating in a BBQ and live music.

Mark Morris, the founder of The Staff Canteen said: “Myself and The Staff Canteen team can’t wait to be on stage at the Universal Cookery & Food Festival. It’s an event that I have enjoyed attending in the past, but this year we are actually going to be part of it and are really looking forward to having some fantastic chefs on stage showcasing what they do.”

Toby Wand, the managing director of 365 Events commented “Super excited to be running UCFF again after a couple of years out. The energy, passion, and creativity of all those involved will be awesome and it is brilliant to return with The Staff Canteen involved at the heart of the event. We can’t wait to welcome you all to Loddington Farm on 26th September”
