TSC Member of the Year 2021 Burim Asllanaj is Head Chef at The London Cabaret Club, Holborn, London.

Burim was born and raised in Kosovo and has been cooking professionally since the age of 16. 

His favourite food to cook is French classic cuisine, in particular one post dishes with lots of flavoured dark, rich sauces, like Beef Bourguignons or Coq Au Vin.
