KP of the Year

Salvatore ‘Salvo’ Forcisi of the Art School Restaurant in Liverpool was our KP of the Year 2020.

Originally from Sicily, Salvo was nominated by chef Paul Askew, who said he was “a one man gang and the nicest guy in the world.”
