Chef of the Year
TSC Chef of the year 2020 Peter McKenna is the chef and owner of award-winning Glasgow restaurant The Gannet and gourmet burger business El Perro Negro.
Peter’s career has seen him work in locations far and wide, from Banc Restaurant in Australia to private yachts, Coral Island and Queen K, followed by a stint under Michael Caines as a sous-chef at Abode. The Gannet has enjoyed eight years of success under the chef’s stewardship, who recently oversaw the launch of another outlet at The Bonnie and Wild foodhall in Edinburgh St James’.
