Trio of top chefs to join forces for charity fundraiser

Hospitality Action has announced the all-important details of their charity fundraising dinner later this year. Onboard are three award-winning chefs who will be hosting the dinner at Brasserie Joël, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. The latest trio to show support for the charity includes Nathan Outlaw, Simon Hulstone and Eric Lanlard:

Nathan Outlaw Is a proud ambassador of all things Cornish. Restaurant Nathan Outlaw boasts two Michelin stars and is third in the ‘Top 50 Restaurants in the UK’ by the Good Food Guide 2014. Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen, which opened in August 2013 in the Cornish fishing port of Port Isaac, was recently awarded two AA rosettes. In London, Outlaw’s at The Capital Hotel, Knightsbridge, where Nathan holds the consultancy, has one Michelin star  

Simon Hulstone Has been cooking professionally since his school days and is one of the UK’s most decorated chefs. Simon has twice represented the UK in the Bocuse d’Or, the world’s most challenging and prestigious culinary contest. Since heading up the team at The Elephant, Simon has brought his extensive influence of traditional and world cuisine to Torbay. The Elephant was awarded a Michelin star in 2006, which it maintains today  

• Eric Lanlard Is an award-winning master patissier and international baking star. He is the author of five books and has presented four prime time television series for Channel 4. Eric’s glamorous London HQ, Cake Boy, houses a thriving cookery school alongside a coffee and patisserie lounge. These three top chefs will join forces for one night only on Monday, 1st December, for what promises to be an exceptional evening of food and entertainment. Tickets to this special celebration are priced at £135 per person or £1,300 for a table of 10.   Guests will enjoy a Champagne and canapé reception, followed by a spectacular meal prepared by the award-winning line-up.
