Tom Sellers to launch new restaurant in South Kensington

Tom Sellers will launch Restaurant Ours in March 2016 in South Kensington, on the previous site of The Collection, at 264 Brompton Road, London.

Tom will oversee the food direction of the modern European menu. The head chef will be Daniel Phippard, who has varied international experience, and most recently was executive chef at Ernik in Moscow, and prior to that at Kensington Place in London.

The 120-seat restaurant, with an integral bar and upper mezzanine, will feature a large and dramatic open interior space that will be punctuated by three enormous trees and ceiling heights up to 10 metres.
