As well as his own venues in Marlow, The Hand and Flowers, The Coach and The Butcher's Tap, Tom Kerridge works with The Corinthia Hotel in London, running The Bar & Grill.
More details about the project will be released in coming weeks, but for the time being, the chef simply said he's looking forward to bringing a touch of Marlow to Manchester.
“This is a really exciting opening for us. The hotel is going to be stunning and we’re very happy to be working with GG Hospitality. We can’t say much at this stage, but I can say that we’ll be bringing a bit of Marlow up to Manchester. We are very much looking forward to being a part of the city and joining the exciting and vibrant Manchester food scene,” he said.
