Toby Sharpe has been appointed as executive chef at award-winning WILTSHIRE pub the Three Daggers.

Toby has over 20 years of hospitality experience, previously working for Michelin-starred The Masons Arms in Exmoor, as well as The Abbey Restaurant in Penzance.

Most recently, for the past decade, Toby has served as head chef for Coutts Bank with BaxterStorey.

Edington’s Three Daggers has held two AA rosettes for culinary excellence continuously since 2019, alongside five gold stars from the AA for accommodation excellence and the AA breakfast award.

It was also the winner of the 2020 England pub of the year award.

At Three Daggers, Toby will be working closely with Arek Adamczak, head of growing at the pub, to grow, harvest and serve the best seasonal produce from their Edington Priory Farm.

Three Daggers will serve modern British pub classics, while a new menu of café specials will be served onsite at the establishment’s farm shop.

The pub is open from 11am until 11pm Monday to Saturday and 12pm to 10pm on Sundays.

The farm shop operates from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, closing an hour earlier on Sundays.

The Three Daggers has history tracing back to the 18th century.
