The Staff Canteen is delighted to announce the launch of this feature that highlights the outstanding hard work of the ever increasing number of "Bloggers" from chefs and foodies alike that now ply their trade and passion across the cyber space waves.

Each month The Staff Canteen will feature a selection of leading blogs and introduce them to you through the words of the blogger.

We start with award winning vegetarian chef Eddie Shepherd a 26 year old chef from Manchester, Eddie's blog "The Veggie Chef" is dedicated to a market often frowned on by chefs.
