Yotam commented on bringing NOPI to Cheltenham: “It’s going to be a great event. There will be so many stories contained within the day – from the festival in general to the house itself, both so rich with colour and history – and we’re really excited that some of NOPI’s recipes, also rich in history, as well as flavour! – are going to be weaved into this tradition.”
