Now The Bart Ingredients Company is introducing Repertoire, a new range of products designed specifically for professional chefs. Here’s your chance to sample the Repertoire professional chef range of ingredients.
To celebrate the launch of the exciting new range, Roux Scholarship Winner and Head Chef at Hattusa Restaurant, Paul O’Neill took time out of his busy kitchen at Berwick Lodge (Bristol) to spend a day in the development kitchen at Bart Ingredients headquarters!
Paul launched his new restaurant at Berwick Lodge two weeks ago and has incorporated the Repertoire range to craft his delicious menu at Hattusa, which is going down a storm with guests.
Paul said: “95% of great cooking is great ingredients. I am a firm believer in sourcing the best ingredients for my menu and it is great to have such a fantastic producer on my doorstep in Bristol. The Repertoire range is a welcome addition to my larder, I’ll definitely be using it!”
The Repertoire range is available now from Ritter Courivaud.
