The Staff Canteen Christmas giveaway - day 24

For the festive season, The Staff Canteen has rounded up a number of prizes to give away from  big gifts to small. You name it we've got it. 

For twenty five years Vegetarian Express Ltd have been sharing their knowledge and inspiring chefs with exciting vegetarian and ethnic cuisine.

Inside the hamper, you'll find two recipes: roasted butternut squash salad and middle eastern eggplant with freekeh and pomegranate yoghurt. There is also a selection of ingredients including; Smoked Paprika, Baharat, Freekeh, Pine nuts, Pomegranate molasses, Ras el hanout and Tahini.
