For the festive season, The Staff Canteen has rounded up a number of prizes to give away from big gifts to small. You name it we've got it. For the twelfth day of our Christmas giveaway we have two copies of The Salt Yard Cookbook signed by Ben Tish of up for grabs.
A beautiful cookbook from the award-winning Salt Yard restaurants. Showcasing the heady flavours and colours of Spain and Italy, this book features over a hundred recipes by Ben Tish that you can recreate at home.
From signature classics such as courgette flowers stuffed with goat's cheese and drizzled with honey, mini Ibérico pork burgers and truffled macaroni, to sweet treats including churros with hot chocolate sauce and caramelised fig tarts.
This book features beautiful photography by Jason Lowe, wine recommendations for each recipe as well as articles touching on the relationship between food and sex, the internal workings of a waiter's mind and an insight in to how Jamon Iberico is made!
