Signature dishes revealed at Nathan Outlaw’s new Dubai restaurant
Michelin starred chef, Nathan Outlaw and Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Hotel have revealed a first glimpse of what to expect on the menu at Nathan’s new Dubai seafood restaurant, Nathan Outlaw At Al Mahara.
The seafood restaurant, which is due to open on Saturday, September 24, 2016, is said to be a celebration of British cooking. It will also be a true reflection of Nathan’s style with most of the dishes being especially created for the Hotel.
Commenting on the menu, chef Nathan Outlaw said: “My style of cooking is one of simplicity but with complex flavour combinations, using top quality local, seasonal, responsibly sourced ingredients. This is what people can expect from the menu. I want the seafood to shine and the taste to make the impact. I like to hook it and cook it, simple and uncomplicated. Desserts are important too, so they will play a starring role.”

The dish is particularly special to Nathan as the recipe belongs to his 11 year old daughter.
