Here are the nominees for the 2016 Craft Guild of Chefs Awards to be held at the Lancaster London Hotel on June 1 2016.

Recognised as the ‘Chefs Oscars’, the Guild will recognise and reward the hospitality industry’s leading talent across all sectors of the industry.
