Scott Hallsworth is set for a very busy few months with Kurobuta Chelsea moving location to a new spacious home on King's Road and in its place a new venture in the form of Joe's Oriental Diner; a restaurant that will replicate the dive bar subculture of the Orient.

Kurobuta in its new location will seat up to 90 and will include a casual lounge, bar, private dining and an events area. The menu will still house the firm favourites from Junk Food Japan's Sashimi Pizza and Robata BBQ dishes.

The new location will also have new drinks with the introduction of slushy cocktails, Japanese whiskies, barrel-aged cocktails, frosted tankard beers, growlers and sparkling sake.

Opening on the 6th March Joe's Oriental Diner will also open its doors in King's Road, housing 38 guests downstairs, with an open kitchen and central bar and a secret 'Den' housing up to 26 upstairs the diner will bring Pan Asian food to London.

Expect to eat dishes such as fire cracker chicken, crunchy sweet and sour fish, coconut short-rib rendang, slow cooked duck red curry with lychees and barbequed scallops with tamarind ketchup and sambal.
