Santa Maria launches World To Go–Inspired by Street Food concept
Santa Maria has launched a new concept, World To Go – Inspired by Street Food. The concept features a range of ten toppings and sauces with flavours from around the world.
World To Go has been created in response to consumers’ love of street food, which is eaten by an estimated 2.5 billion people every day across the world. After carrying out 150 face-to-face interviews with consumers at four London street food locations findings have revealed that 50% of consumers are buying street food at least once a week.

Santa Maria has developed some inspirational recipes using the range including aubergine and goat cheese taco with Sweet Chili Sauce, venison burger with Chipotle Sauce slaw and triple-pepper-roasted onions, pulled salmon on nacho chips with Teriyaki Sauce and double-glazed suckling pig with Bourbon BBQ Sauce.
