Ruth Hinks livestream chocolate masterclass

The Staff Canteen is delighted to announce an interactive live streaming demonstration next month in partnership with Callebaut.

‘Livestream Chocolate Masterclass with Ruth Hinks’ will be shown live at 3pm on Monday 9 June on both The Staff Canteen website and also our Facebook page.

All you have to do to be able to watch this exciting event is register for free and Callebaut are offering free tasting samples to those who sign up the quickest.

Ruth is the highest ever UK entrant in the World Chocolate Masters having finished fifth last year.

As well as being the reigning UK Chocolate Master, Ruth has taken part in many competitions worldwide, taking a gold medal in the 2004 Culinary Olympics with Australia. In 2008, Ruth set up her own business, Cocoa Black, along with her husband David.

The session is due to last around 35 minutes and will include a live Q&A with Ruth taking questions fielded on Twitter from those who use the hashtag #choclive.

Not only do those who register get to watch the event live but it will also be available on demand for three months afterwards for anyone who signs up.
