Restaurant Nathan Outlaw is moving to Port Isaac
It will be located in the building currently known as The Edge, which affords amazing panoramic views across the bay. Port Isaac is the same location as Nathan’s Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen.
Nathan said: “We’ve had a fantastic five season run at St Enodoc Hotel and I’m sure Outlaw’s will continue to flourish in Rock but for our 2 Michelin starred Restaurant Nathan Outlaw it felt right to look for larger premises to grow the business.”
“The Edge building became available at just the right time so we snapped it up. With its spacious, modern interior and enviable position at the top of the village, it’s the perfect place,” he added.
The team behind it will remain the same, with current Restaurant Manager Stephi Little and her husband, Beverage Manager Damon Little continuing to run front of house with Anna Davey coming from Outlaw’s in Rock to take up the post of Restaurant Manager. Chris Simpson remains as head chef.
The refurbished Restaurant Nathan Outlaw will offer a menu that continues to champion the finest fish and seafood available in the waters around Cornwall, as well as the very best quality produce available in the area. Open for lunch and dinner on specified days of the week, the new restaurant will also offer a private ‘Chef’s Table’ for group bookings and master classes.
His other restaurant at the St Enodoc hotel, Outlaw’s, will remain open, with everyone united to offer the best dining experience possible for both hotel guests and non-resident customers. Head Chef Tom Brown, Restaurant Manager Daniel Southern and their team will continue serving a seasonal menu of choice under Nathan’s direction, whilst St Enodoc Hotel will continue under the expert guidance of manager, Kate Simms.
Nathan’s other two restaurants, one Michelin starred Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen in Port Isaac and his outpost in London, Outlaw’s at The Capital in Knightsbridge will also remain unchanged.
