Acclaimed chef Raymond Blanc and CEO Mark Derry have confirmed that a further four sites will be the latest to receive a makeover as the 20-strong French restaurant group undergoes a rebranding programme over the next three months.

Following the launches of the Cheltenham and Winchester branches, Farnham re-opened to the public yesterday and will be followed by Portsmouth and St Albans in March and Oxford in April. Each site will open with the new understated and more contemporary approach to dining, created by award-winning branding and interior design agency, Blacksheep.

Based around the concept of ‘chez nous’ and Brasserie Blanc as the ‘home’ of real French cooking, the new look compliments the relaxed all-day dining experience. Each site will boast a range of versatile spaces such as a pantry, where chefs will prepare freshly cooked dishes to order, and cheese and wine counters alongside enhanced bar and outdoor areas to create a more casual dining experience, from morning coffee or post-work drinks to breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between.

Mark Derry, CEO of Brasserie Blanc says: “We are excited to announce the roll out of our rebranding plans across the additional sites, which will see Brasserie Blanc appeal to a broader audience and encourage relaxed all day eating and drinking. We have been extremely pleased with the positive response to Cheltenham and Winchester so far, and very much look forward to hearing the comments from local residents of the forthcoming sites. The refurbished Brasserie Blancs reflect our passion for honest French cooking and an everyday, welcoming ambience.”

Brasserie Blanc will be fully re-branded by the end of 2015, with the rest of the sites following suit in quick succession.
