New Year Resolutions from The Staff Canteen
With 2022 soon to be over and 2023 just around the corner, now is the time for people to reflect on the year and think about the future and what they want to ditch, take up and achieve going forwards.
A survey commissioned by GoCompare surveyed 2,000 adults and found that two out of five plan to make resolutions for the following year.
Some of the most popular ones include being healthier and happier, with others seeking to change diets, getting fitter and taking up new sport activities.
Spending less money on shopping, eating fewer takeaways, and making savings on things like phone and broadband costs also featured high in the list.
In case you’re struggling to think of what you want to resolve for 2022 and bring into the New Year, we’ve gathered some of the most popular New Year’s resolutions as well as a selection from our audience.
