Nathan Outlaw has announced plans to open a new restaurant, Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen, in the heart of Port Isaac in Cornwall later this month.  The new venture will offer small plates of seafood prepared and cooked in his unique style and served in a relaxed setting. Nathan Outlaw said: “We wanted to do something different to our other offerings at the St. Enodoc Hotel in Rock and The Capital Hotel in London. Our aim is to provide the same quality of produce and keep the simplicity of the food, but offer it to a wider audience in a much more informal, relaxed environment. "It’s the kind of place I love to eat out at, where you can just have a good selection of what’s on the menu and enjoy different flavours, textures and experience new ingredients at your liberty. We want it to be a place where you can just drop in and try as much or as little as you like.” Paul Ripley, company development chef for Nathan Outlaw Restaurants Ltd, will oversee the kitchen at the new opening with James Lean, who worked as the sous chef in Outlaw’s at Capital Hotel in London, as head chef. Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen is due to open later this month, and will be posting regular updates on the Outlaw’s website at www.outlaws.co.uk/fishkitchen. All Outlaw’s Grub Club members receive a 10% discount off their bill at the restaurant, as well as receiving advanced notice of events. Find out more at www.outlaws.co.uk/grub-club.
