Monica Galetti to host one off evening at Outlaw’s at The Capital

On Monday, September 5, Masterchef: The Professionals judge and TV personality, Monica Galetti will host a special evening at Nathan Outlaw’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Outlaw’s at The Capital.

The evening will begin at 6.30pm with a welcome aperitif and canapés followed by an exclusive Q&A with Monica hosted by Nathan. Guests will then enjoy a 4-course menu created by Monica. Each dish will be paired with wine by Nathan’s sommelier Damon Little.

Monica said: “Teaming up with Nathan, a fellow advocate of seasonal, straight-forward and ingredient-led cooking, is an inspired pairing that will deliver an engaging and unique evening of food and conversation.”

Monica Galetti is one of Britain’s most well-known chefs, a judge on BBC’s Masterchef: The Professionals, she was until recently Senior Sous Chef at two Michelin-starred Le Gavroche, leaving to plan her first solo restaurant, Mere, which opens later this year in London’s Fitzrovia.

Outlaw’s at The Capital, which opened in October 2012, is Nathan Outlaw’s only restaurant outside Cornwall, and was awarded its first Michelin star in 2013. The menu boasts an ever-changing selection of unique dishes, created using seasonal British seafood.
