Brad Carter's Michelin-starred Carters of Moseley is set to undertake a temporary Summer relocation to the Worcestershire countryside.

The relocation, reported by Big Hospitality's Restaurant Online, revealed that Carters of Moseley will provide patrons a unique dining experience amidst the picturesque landscapes of rural Worcestershire.

Recognised for its innovative and seasonally inspired cuisine, the award-winning Birmingham restaurant has been a prominent fixture within Britain's fine dinning sector.

Supported by wine producer Gusborne, The restaurant's temporary relocation aims to offer a refreshing change of scenery whilst maintaining their commitment to exceptional gastronomy.

In an interview with Restaurant Online, Chef Owner Brad Carter said: "The restaurant is tiny with no outdoor space and therefore not a summertime palce. We have been flirting with the idea for some time having worked closely with Will [Will Boers, Specialist Grower from Westlands UK] for the past 15 years."

During the temporary relocation, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in Carters of Moseley's renowned menus within a tranquil and idyllic setting, in a project that will last for a minimum of three months.

The news comes after Carters of Moseley was voted the 84th best UK restaurant at the Estrella Damm National Restaurant Awards 2023.

Featuring seas of lush greenery, the peaceful ambiance of the Worcestershire countryside will serve as a perfect backdrop for dinners to savour exquisitely prepared meals.

The move to the countryside aligns with Carters of Moseley's dedication to sustainability and supporting local producers.

By immersing themselves in the heart of Worcestershire, the restaurant will have closer access to regional farms and suppliers, allowing them to source the finest ingredients while minimizing their ecological footprint.
