NEW VIDEO: Michelin Guide UK 2024: Chefs' predictions
After two digital-only launches, Last year, the release of the Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland saw a return to a live event. The event was held at Britain's famous Silverstone Circuit, bringing together chefs and professionals of the restaurant and hospitality industry, from across Great Britain and Ireland.
The Michelin Guide is announcing new stars for 2024 on Monday, 5th February 2024.
Once released, the 2024 guide will be accessible digitally via the Michelin website and app.
Who the guide decides to give stars to eludes even the most perceptive in the industry - but for a bit of fun, we asked some of the UK and Ireland's great chefs who they think might win a coveted star (or two, or three) in the upcoming guide.
