Michelin Guide UK 2022: L'Enclume wins three stars in Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland 2022
The Michelin Guide is announcing the list of new Michelin Stars and Green Stars for 2022
After unveiling its special awards yesterday, and Bib Gourmands last week, it has begun announcing Michelin stars and Green stars for 2022
Kicking off, three Special Awards winners, Trivet, in Southwark, SY23 in Aberystwyth and the Selby brothers' restaurant, Evelyn's Table received a star.

The famed little red book was let go when the guide went fully digital in 2021 due to the pandemic. Having developed a proprietary iOS app, Michelin said the move would allow it to publish the global guide in one place, to be distributed free of charge, thus reaching a much wider audience.
