Hotelympia is set to welcome a number of world leading chefs and celebrated industry figureheads to debate and discuss the future of hospitality among many other things at next month’s trade show in London.

Chef talent on show at the ExCeL between 28 April and 1 May includes Michelin-starred Bruno Loubet and Tom Kerridge who will be headline speakers during the four days, giving show visitors and in-depth insight into their rise to prominence and secrets behind their success.

Also included in the line-up are 2013 Masterchef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards and runners-up Scott Davies and Adam Handling who will be providing talks on stage.

Toby Wand, Managing Director at Fresh Montgomery, said: “The stage is the centre of the Hotelympia universe which is why we have sought to curate a broad programme of speakers and events reflective of the full hospitality spectrum.

“Regardless of their operation or place in the industry, visitors will gain vital inspiration to take back to their own businesses, allowing them to thrive into 2014 and beyond.”

Throughout the new four day format, Hotelympia visitors will be able to see and hear some of the most relevant industry issues debated in a host of lively panel discussions with topics ranging between economic marketing strategies through to school meals.

The Big Hospitality Conversation will be another big part of the event with the focus on the future of the industry to discuss the best way for young people to break into hospitality be it through work experience or apprenticeships.

As well as a new format, Hotelympia 2014 will now all be held in the same extended hall, making it even easier for visitors to navigate around the event. New dedicated networking hubs will make the Hotelympia show-floor the UK’s biggest-ever hotbed of hospitality business activity.

To register for the show visit the Hotelympia website for a free ticket, saving the £25 entrance fee.
