For the last three years Josh Angus has been head chef at Michelin-starred Hide in London, working under Ollie Dabbous and running a team of up to fifty chefs.

He also looks after Hide Ground which serves all day dining and which can do a staggering 400 covers a day. From Sheffield, Josh is proud to be competing to represent the North East in the first cookery competition he’s ever entered.
