Great British Menu 2012 is back and searching for the finest chefs in the country to compete in the GBM kitchen.

They are looking for Head Chefs from across the UK and Northern Ireland who have the culinary talent and ambition to compete at the highest level against some of the greatest chefs in the country, for the chance to cook at a prestigious banquet.
