After bringing you the top ten which saw the first three score a perfect score of ten, and making history, we can now bring you the 40 more which make up the Good Food Guide 2015 Top 50 restaurants.

Simon Rogan appears twice more as The French sits at position 14 and Fera at Claridges is at 19 and fellow Cornish restaurant Paul Ainsworth at No. 6 joins Nathan Outlaw and sits at number 33. Seventeen restaurants in London make the list as well as three in Scotland, with Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles at position 11, scoring eight out of 10 just missing out on the top ten spot to reach 11th spot.

The rest of the 50 features restaurants up and down the country as the guide aims to give a fair representation of the UK restaurant scene. As the guide say themselves: “reviews are based on the huge volume of feedback that we receive from readers and this, together with anonymous inspections, ensures that every entry is assessed afresh.”
