Gordon Ramsay Group announces George Lyon as the new head chef of London House Restaurant based in Battersea.

George's 'undeniable natural ability' and 'hand in developing the restaurant’s signature dishes using fresh and seasonal ingredients' helped him secure the position as head chef at the neighbourhood bar, restaurant and garden in Battersea.

Honing his skills as Sous Chef at Pinocchios Restaurant, George showed exceptional skills in fish dishes and became known for his experimentation with flavours, ingredients and styles throughout the menu. George then went on to Lemon Tree Trattoria as Chef de Partie before joining Gordon Ramsay Group in 2011 where he spent two and half years working on modern European cuisine at Savoy Grill before spending seven month at maze grill. George joined London House two years ago and will now lead the team as Head Chef.

London House is open seven days a week from 12pm – 11pm weekdays, 10am – 11pm Saturday and 10am – 9pm Sunday for drinks, light snacks or a leisurely meal, and from 10am on weekends.

Gordon Ramsay Group has a total of 29 restaurants globally and 6 Michelin stars, with international restaurants from Europe to the US, the Middle East and Asia.
