French wine masters Taillevent to open restaurant in London
Taillevent Paris, owners of the iconic two-Michelin starred Le Taillevent restaurant, are set to bring their exceptional wine collection and knowledge across the channel with the opening of their new 70 cover wine and food matching brasserie, Les 110 de Taillevent, in London’s Cavendish Square.
Taillevent, owned by the Gardinier family, say that Les 110 de Taillevent is “set to be a notable addition to the London gastronomy scene, bringing a relaxed style brasserie to Marylebone with a focus on the wine experience.”
Guests will each be offered a selection of wines that have been specially matched with the diner’s choice of fish, meat, desserts or cheese dishes. The types of wines chosen by the Taillevant’s sommeliers, along with the selection of hot and cold drinks, will even change as the day progresses giving a unique new twist to the art of pairing.

The restaurant’s Gallic flair will be emphasised through its interior design by esteemed designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, drawing as it does on the green of the vine, rich earth-tones and oak-barrelled wine casks to pay homage to the production of wine and the very concept of the brasserie.
