The team behind the London based Bombay cafes, Dishoom, announces the launch of a new site in Edinburgh due to open this winter.

Dishoom Edinburgh will open at 3a St. Andrew Square in the 1920s-era listed building. The three storey restaurant will have an open kitchen on the ground floor, a first floor dining room with views across St. Andrew Square, and a basement bar and dining space.

In a statement the Dishoom team said the space is the ‘perfect’ location for Dishoom’s first restaurant outside of London and that they are incredibly excited about settling into a city they love.

Dishoom Edinburgh will be open every day from early until late, serving Executive Chef Naved

Nasir’s breakfast menu followed by the all-day sharing menu of authentic Bombay comfort food including small plates, grills, biryanis, salad plates, rolls and curries.
