A brigade of award winning chefs will be dishing up a mammoth ten course dinner in support of Hospitality Action in March.

The evening promises to be a night to remember with eleven of the industry's leading chefs cooking a variety of dishes including winner of ‘MasterChef: The Professional’s’ in 2013, Steven Edwards, Russell Bateman, 2014’s Craft Guild of Chefs National Chef of the Year, winner of last year's Great British Menu, Richard Bainbridge, and award-winning chocolatier, Will Torrent.

Tickets for the fine dining event and charity auction organised in association with the Chef's Forum are now available. The 'dining decathlon' will take place at Europe's first 'Grand Hotel' - the Langham, London on Monday 7 March.

To help prepare the British infused menu with a 'twist', students from Westminster Kingsway College, Colchester Institute Catering College, Hit Training Academy and Passion to Inspire will be at hand to support the chefs on the evening.

Organiser and Executive Pastry Chef, Thomas Leatherbarrow, said: "I am overjoyed that so many of my good friends and peers have joined together to raise funds for the fantastic work of Hospitality Action. They work tirelessly to support our colleagues in need and I am delighted to give something back. The Dining Decathlon will be the perfect opportunity to raise funds for those in serious need whilst sampling dishes from some of the best chefs in the country.”

The event will kick off with canapes and two starters followed by a fish course, vegetable course and meat course. These will be followed by a pre-dessert and dessert, and finally, a petit fours.

Food and ingredients on the day will be provided by a whole host of suppliers including First Choice Produce, Walter Rose, Oliver Harvey, and Easy José Coffee.
